SANTA CRUZ COUNTY OFFICES
Renovations to existing 46,032 sf 2-story building for county administrative offices. Improvements consisted of reconfiguring public reception area, offices, interior circulation, and site improvements.
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICES
Renovation to existing industrial building to create a new 5,000 sf suite with offices and material storage for California Highway Patrol. Joint project with California Department of General Services DGS and City.
MRWPCA SERVER ROOM
Renovation to existing building to create new server room for Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency, wastewater treatment plant. Included new inert gas fire suppression system.
CABRILLO COLLEGE - WATSONVILLE
Watsonville center. Adaptive reuse of classic 1938 federal post office building for use as a community college satellite campus. Includes classrooms, offices, bookstore, and student facilities.
SC HARBOR M&O FACILITY
Santa Cruz Port District. Maintenance, operations, shop, yard and office facilities. Industrial use was strictly required to be sensitive to and compatible with adjacent residential neighborhood.
1995 WATSONVILLE TRANSIT CENTER
Santa Cruz Metro Transit District. New intermodal transportation facility for local transit agency, greyhound, paratransit and taxi. Included conversion of former bank building & property to public use.
PORTER BUILDING RENOVATION
Renovation to existing city owned historic 12,000 sf 2-story building in downtown Watsonville. Project to repurpose building for new first floor restaurant tenant and second floor for city administrative offices.
NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER
Modifications and upgrades to the main Network Operations Center (N.O.C.) for the Pajaro Valley Unified School District. Server room upgrades include new emergency generator, security improvements, electrical and fire suppression system upgrades.
HOUSING AUTHORITY PROJECTS
Various renovation projects to existing facilities for the Housing Authority of the county of Santa Cruz, including site upgrades to multiple residential properties and main office lobby upgrades.
INSTITUTE OF LANGUAGE & CULTURE
Pajaro Valley Unified School District. Renovation, remodel and conversion of old urm building and new building addition to adult education use. Six classrooms, student lounge, child watch, offices, staff room, student services.
“CITYWALK” STROSSER ALLEY
City of Watsonville. A pedestrian-oriented promenade, special events, landscaped outdoor urban gathering space created from former service alley, parking lots and void spaces between new & existing buildings.
WATSONVILLE/APTOS ADULT SCHOOL
Pajaro Valley Unified School District. Renovation and adaptive reuse of turn-of-the-century two story office building for adult education uses. Includes reconfiguration of building for classrooms, computer lab, offices and student service facilities.
CERES RIVERBLUFF REGIONAL PARK
New construction of a 1,765 sf food concession building in new regional park. Includes public restrooms and park storage areas. Unique building design using heavy timber and native river rock materials.
WATSONVILLE ANIMAL SHELTER
Santa Cruz county. Full service public animal shelter building and facilities including kennels, animal display for adoption, clinic and administration.
WATSONVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT
Multi-phase remodeling of existing police department facility. Reorganization of all PD functions and spaces within existing two-story building.
MONTEREY REGIONAL AIRPORT*
Monterey Peninsula Airport District. Various renovation and maintenance projects, including public restroom upgrades, expansion joint replacement, and interiors remodel.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE RENOVATION*
Santa Cruz Metro Transit District. Renovation and addition to existing 22,500 sf 2-story building with new elevator and lobby, administration offices, and ADA upgrades.
NORTH HARBOR DEVELOPMENT*
Moss Landing Harbor District. Planning and design phase for a new 10,000 sf 2-story building with multiple restaurants and fish market. Site improvements to tie into existing platform dock.
HOUSING COMPLEX RENOVATIONS*
Housing Authority of Monterey county. Major renovations to the existing rippling river housing complex. 14 buildings, 56,000 sf., 79 units.
MONTEREY HARBOR AND MARINA*
Renovations to public restrooms, ADA upgrades, and structural repair to existing harbormaster building.
EAST CLIFF PARKWAY PROJECT*
New public restroom building with covered surfer shower. Component to larger East Cliff parkway improvements project with Santa Cruz county department of Public Works and SCC redevelopment agency.
MPWMD ASR ELECTRICAL BUILDING*
Monterey Peninsula Water Management District. New electrical building for aquifer injection pump site, masonry / concrete plank construction and associated site improvements.
BUENA VISTA DAYCARE CENTER*
2-phase extensive renovation to existing multiple buildings and site for the day care center at the Buena Vista Migrant Center. Housing Authority Santa Cruz county.
CA TUBE LAB BUILDING
Watsonville redevelopment agency. New 30,000 sf tilt-up concrete electronic vacuum tube manufacturing and rebuilding facility including manufacturing, warehousing, office, loading, support areas.
SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE T.I.
2,500 sf tenant improvement project for public offices, 315 Main street.
