Planned development of 7 acre site. New construction of a 4-story 85 key hotel, restaurant buildings, gas station and convenience store. Included future pads for an additional hotel and commercial buildings.

Planned development of 22 units of single-family and townhouses mix on a 9.3 acre site. Included environmentally sensitive conservation area.
H-2A FARMWORKER HOUSING PROJECT
New development of 12 units for farmworker housing on agricultural property. Included advanced wastewater system, water supply system, and community area with shade structures, outdoor gathering area, and sports field.
PACIFICA APARTMENTS*
Planning and new construction of 23 apartments in 8 two-story buildings on a vacant 1 acre parcel. Site improvements with community areas. Project utilized state density bonus for inclusionary housing.
MARRIOTT FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES
Planned development and new construction of a 84 room three story all suites hotel with extensive meeting rooms and food service facilities constructed over underground parking garage.

23,500 sf, 4-story mixed use building with 18 studio apartments over first floor commercial/retail spaces. Single resident occupancy (SRO) units. Project included relocation of existing victorian house on site.

Renovation to an existing 3-story 31,000 sf building to convert the second and third floor from commercial use into 22 multi-family residential units over first floor commercial spaces. Included site and public sidewalk improvements for restaurants.

New 48,360 sf 6-story building in Yalutorovsk, Russia, with monolithic frame and self-bearing exterior brick walls. The building includes underground parking, retail, and office spaces on the first and second floors with apartments above.

New 7-9-story apartment building in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia, with bearing brick walls and concrete slabs. The building consists of six independent sections with commercial space on the first floor and apartments on the upper floors.
