more about Brian

At Spector Corbett Architects our approach to designing buildings and project delivery is what differentiates us. We are a thriving architectural firm because we develop quality design solutions that are responsive to the project requirements. We are aware of the financial aspects which make a project viable. We implement effective project delivery methods to drive the project metrics, starting with the design process through construction to final occupancy. Cohesive leadership is of core importance in conducting our services to guide the team of engineers and consultants, develop well defined technical drawings and specifications, obtain permits, and guide the project through construction. We identify opportunities for the project to actualize the goals, implementing cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and adaptability. We realize our buildings are bigger than we are and accountable to something bigger than us because architecture is part of cities and communities, regional planning, and the environment. Bob Corbett established the firm in 1984 and was the architect for a state-of-the-art experimental biofuel plant. I aligned with Bob and assumed leadership in 2014 to continue our firm’s mission and focus.

I am confident that I can bring this level of success as a trusted advisor throughout your building project. With my previous experience and expertise, I believe my contribution will have a measurable impact on your project. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss our application further.
